Here are the latest plans from out architect. They are near final, but we still have many decisions to make before we can consider these ready for bid.
Our decisions this month, besides finalizing the layout, involve the following:
- lighting plan [fans, recessed lights, surface mounts, sconces, switches,
- cabinet elevations [family room, kitchen, laundry room and mudroom].
- cable TV outlets!!!
Happily accepting comments. Soon I'll post our revised plans that we will send back to our architect, and that should be the final plan.
