PERMIT & VARIANCE APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED

Today we submitted the Variance and Permit Applications to the Town of Chevy Chase. We need a variance for 12 inches so that we don't have to tear down and then rebuild the deck. I'm not quite sure why the Code requires a variance in this case, but so be it.  Apparently, there is not enough Town business to call a special August meeting, so we will wait until September to see if our variance is approved.
